Do you verify pieces?
Yes. Every piece is verified by hand before it is listed. We state that pieces are verified; the method is our own. See the Verification page.
Is each piece really single stock?
Yes. One unit each, one page, one SKU. When a piece sells it is marked sold and stays browseable as a record. Nothing is restocked.
What condition are pieces in?
Mixed. Each piece is graded on a fixed scale — deadstock, unworn, excellent, good, worn — shown beside designer and season. Wear is described where present. The measurements on each product page are authoritative.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide from Germany. Germany: free standard, €5.99 standard, or €9.99 express. EU: €13.99 (26 countries). International: €19.99 (selected destinations, incl. UK, US, CA, CH, JP, AU). Rates are shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Dispatched within 2 working days. Germany ~2–5 working days from dispatch, EU ~3–7, international ~5–14, customs depending.
Do I pay VAT?
No VAT is charged — small-business rule, § 19 UStG. The price shown is the final price; shipping is added at checkout.
Import duties (outside the EU)?
Shipped DAP — any import duties or taxes are borne by the recipient on arrival.
Can I return a piece?
Yes — 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerruf). Return shipping is borne by the buyer. If a piece is not authentic, the sale is reversed in full, including the original shipping.
Can you hold a piece?
A piece can be held for 48 hours on request, by message or email.
Do you do bundles or offers?
Prices are set per piece. For three or more pieces, message us before checkout.
More photos before I buy?
Yes — request detail shots of any piece by email or Instagram DM.
Can I request something specific?
Send a wishlist by DM. The archive is added to in steady rotation; standing requests are noted.
