Shipping

We ship worldwide from Germany using tracked services.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 2-5 working days within Germany, 3-7 working days within the EU, and 5-14 working days internationally, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout before you place the order. We choose the cheapest suitable tracked shipping option for the destination.

No VAT is charged under the German small-business rule, § 19 UStG. Shipping is added at checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, import VAT, customs charges, and similar public charges in the destination country are borne by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
